CVI Melles Griot near-UV / visible long-working-distance plan apochromat objectives provide exceptional optical performance for the near ultraviolet through the visible spectral region. Not only do these lenses provide a planar focus over the entire field of view, but each lens is color-corrected at four or more wavelengths throughout the specified spectral range at powers ranging from10× to 100×.
The 04 ONU-series lenses are optimized for laser micromachining applications using Nd:YAG lasers operating in the second and third harmonics (532 nm and 355 nm respectively), but can be used for general purposes in both the near-ultraviolet and visible spectral regions. These objectives are well suited for applications in inspection and laser trimming. They are available from stock and fully interchangeable with comparable objectives.
