CVI Melles Griot has a long history of customizing components. As we like to say: any size, any shape, and any wavelength.
CVI Melles Griot has recently added significant rapid prototyping capabilities and capacity to our prototyping capabilities. For rapid prototype manufacturing on our high-speed LOH polishing equipment, we recommend you use the list titled “CVI Melles Griot Location 3”. These are the tools co-located with our LOH equipment.
High volume, cost-efficient substrates are generated in “CVI Melles Griot Location 2”. Small volume, high energy substrates are generated in “CVI Melles Griot Location 1”.
Typical tolerances achieved are outlined in the table below. Use these as a guide. However, there are some specifications which can only be achieved by compromising on other specifications. Your CVI Melles Griot sales engineer can help you make the best decision for your particular application.
